Returns Policy

Bluebird Trading Co. (ABN 83 641 434 273 ) is an Australian based business whose aim is to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. We are committed to providing the best products and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Returns Policy.

Our Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
We offer returns on unopened, unused and items in saleable condition.  A return must be sought within 14 days of purchase with satisfactory proof of purchase.  We do not accept returns or refunds on any open packets of tea. We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards or shipping charges.  Please contact if you have any questions or concerns about your item.

Damages and Faults
If there is a major fault with an item, or if an item does not match it’s description or perform it‘s function, you may choose a refund or exchange. If there is a minor fault, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time. Bluebird Trading Co. will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. A photo must be provided to the Bluebird team, supporting the claim.

Refunds will be given using your original payment method and you will be refunded in $AUD.  Any International orders will be refunded at the current daily currency exchange rate.  There will be no refunds given for any shipping charges.

If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Bluebird Trading Co. has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.

When an item is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned. If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by value of the gift or bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.

Provide a High quality photo or video showing the defects.  If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to return your item to Bluebird Trading Co. 17 Wynnstay Road, Mount Eliza, Victoria, 3930. AUSTRALIA.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in $AUD. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
