Are the Tea Blends suitable for me?

Please check the product pages for the list of ingredients for each tea blend.  No product will suit everyone.  Our products are a naturopath approved formula for the average adult.  Our products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any illness.  Please consult your health professional before consuming any herbal products, especially if you are a child, under the age of 15, pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications or suffering from any health condition.

Please note that people who suffer from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption of licorice root.  The tea blend that contains licorice root is the Afternoon Blend.

Please note that children or people with liver conditions that impact their liver function should avoid the consumption of skullcap.  The tea blend that contains skullcap is the Goodnight Blend.

Do you have teas bags or only loose leaf tea?

Our tea blends use the highest quality organic ingredients to ensure optimum flavour and the best health benefits.  Tea leaves absorb water and need room to expand to extract all the vitamins and minerals and flavour of the tea. We only offer loose leaf teas and do not offer tea bags for this reason.  Tea bags usually contain dust and fannings -  the left overs of whole leaf tea.  It might seem like a lot more trouble to use a tea strainer with your loose leaf tea.  But this tea ritual only really takes an extra 30 seconds when you think about it!

How many servings of tea are in one package?

Our loose leaf teas come in 50g packages.  Some teas have more volume than others, particularly those tea blends with larger leaves. Some tea blend packages will appear much fuller than others.  Each blend contains approx 30+ serves of tea. However, one serving of loose leaf tea can be brewed multiple times so enjoy a second or third cup using the same brew.

Can I get samples sent out before I buy items?

At this stage we are unable to send out samples.

How do I use and care for  my glass infuser drink bottle?

Our glass infuser bottles are made from a durable, double-walled Borosilicate glass, but like any glass product, it should be handled with care.  The glass infuser bottles should not be exposed to variations in temperature as the glass could crack.  Fill your bottle with a little room temperature water before adding any boiling water.  Allow a few minutes for the steam to escape before putting the lid on.  Never pour hot water into a glass bottle that is taken directly from a fridge or freezer.  Make sure there is some water in your glass bottle before dropping any ice cubes in.  Hand wash only.  Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners as this may scratch the glass.  We recommend storing your bottle with the lid off to avoid any build up of moisture and unwanted smells.

What currency is your pricing?

All Shipping Costs and Shopping Carts will be calculated at checkout in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Do I have to create an account to shop?

Not at all!  If you would prefer to checkout as a guest you can. When at the checkout and entering your email address. Click ‘Already have an Account - Log In’. Select ‘Continue as Guest’.

Can I amend/cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments.  We suggest that you review your cart and checkout details carefully before checking out. Refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for more detailed information.

Why can’t I add my rewards points discount code to the shopping cart?

The shopping cart only allows one discount per cart.  If there is a promotion, campaign or other discount on the website, you will not be able to use your reward points for your purchase. Limit of one discount code use per order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you ship worldwide?

We only delivery within Australia and do not ship to any international destinations at this stage.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

What company do you use for shipping packages?

We use Australia Post and Sendle for our deliveries. Both are very reliable and pricing will show for all available delivery options at checkout.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Delivery times will vary for each destination.  Standard Domestic Australian delivery is usually 3-10 business days.  You will receive an email notification once your package has shipped.  Please note, this is a guide only and does not include any delays due to airline or shipping carrier delays.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?

Bluebird Trading Co. is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your international country.  If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.

We offer wholesale pricing.  Please read our Terms and Conditions and use our Wholesale Contact page.  We have low MOQ allowing small businesses to try our products with their customers and clients.
