A lovely flavour of peppermint, chamomile and a slight hint of aniseed.  Our Evening Tea Blend is the perfect way to wind down after a busy day. It eases stress and assists in soothing a bloated tummy and supports digestion.

Serving Suggestion : Brew 1-2 teaspoons in 100*C/212*F water for 2-5 minutes. Best consumed without milk. Can also be enjoyed cold as an iced tea.
